Usui Reiki Level l - Shoden Level - Training & Attunements

This Usui Reiki course is the first degree level that will bring the flow of Reiki through your hands. This level is the beginners level and teaches an overview of the system as well as the history of its development. The course includes meditation, energy theory, Reiki attunements and techniques for hands on healing. This level encourages self-healing. 

On this course you will discover the beautiful and gentle system for healing as well as spiritual development. Reiki is simple to use and easy to learn. From the fist day of the course you will begin to feel the energy flowing through your hands. Being attuned to this energy will bring positive changes to you and your life on all levels. 

Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into a patient, by means of touch, to activate the natural healing process of the body to restore physical and emotional wellbeing. 

The course is set over 2 days and will be approx 7 hours of learning. On the course you will receive the learning materials and manual for Shoden level 1 and be given take-away practises.
