The Reiki drum is a powerful way of reconnecting with our body & Spirit. Reiki floods our bodies with the protective energy whilst the drum beats take us a visual and sensory journey. 

This is a journey to access our inner wisdom, and brings us what we need in the given moment.

The journey can be taken to help shift blockages, find clarity or receive guidance on any personal issues you may be facing. This treatment has many healing benefits - this group session is for heart healing, energy cleansing and connecting with your intuition.

The energy healing meditation and crystal bowl sounds will bring you into balance and harmony. 

During the whole class you will also be receiving the reiki energy.

There is time to journal what you wish to release and create in your life, and also share or ask questions (if you wish) about the journey.
