I am a certified Reiki Master, Reiki Drum Master Practitioner & Breathwork Facilitator, and the creator of All Things Reiki. I am here to guide you to reawaken your inner light through the practises that have changed my life.

I use my knowledge, experience and intuition to support you on your own healing journey, the same way my teachers and guides have done for me.  

My healing sessions and Reiki teachings offer a diverse range of modalities. From the traditional Usui Reiki to the meditative power of Reiki Drum, the therapeutic benefits of Breathwork, the exploration of Somatic Inquiry, and the profound stillness of Meditation, there is something for everyone.

Learn Reiki With Me - 3 Levels of Reiki: A Journey of Energy, Healing & Awakening

Reiki Level I focuses on self-healing and an introduction to the practice. Students learn the fundamental hand positions and techniques to channel energy for personal wellbeing. This level emphasises reconnecting with your own body’s natural ability to heal, fostering relaxation and stress reduction.

At Reiki Level II, the practice deepens with the introduction of sacred symbols and mantras. These tools enhance the practitioner’s ability to send healing energy over distance and time. Students also begin working with others, developing confidence in delivering Reiki treatments beyond themselves.

Reiki Level III is the Master level, where the practitioner receives the final attunements to become a Reiki Master. This stage is about mastering the art, teaching others, and further expanding healing capabilities. It is a profound journey of personal and spiritual growth, allowing you to fully embody the essence of Reiki.

Courses are held in-person in Portugal or online.

  • During the treatment it felt as if I were plugged into an electric source and receiving beautiful healing energies. Before the treatment, I had to think about what I would like to let go of. It works!
